We are hosting our annual networking party - Talphah Summer Bash - and we are looking for entrepreneurs and/or small businesses who are looking to grow, increase sales, and expand their business network.
The "Best Vendor Table" will receive a $100 cash prize. The vendors will be judged based on three categories: customer service skills, quality of table set-up, and creativity of table set-up. Register as a a vendor to qualify for a chance to win!
The $100 vendor fee includes a 8-FT table and 2 chairs. Please note that the table does not come with a tablecloth. Vendors must bring their own tablecloth and set up.

This event will take place on Saturday, August 2nd, 2025 from 1 PM to 4 PM. All vendors must arrive at the venue at 12 P.M. to set up their tables and be able to stay until 5 P.M. to break everything down. We highly recommend arriving early to compensate for any hiccups, surprises, or issues.

Your business logo will be featured and advertised on the promotional flyer for the event.
All vendors must arrive at the venue at 12 P.M. to set up their tables and will be able to stay until 5 P.M. to break everything down. We highly recommend arriving early to compensate for any hiccups, surprises, or issues.
If a customer walked into the room, what could you do to catch their attention? Make your table display stand out by having your best eye-catching products in the front at first glance.
Be creative and think out of the box! Decorate and set up your display as if it was a space at a mall. Make it interesting and fun. Would you stop at your table if you were the customer walking by?
You will want to make sure that your display is pleasing to the eye. Make sure to keep your table organized throughout the event.
Besides simply gaining exposure, the purpose of the pop up is to grow your sales. With that said, make sure that you have a way for customers to purchase the products on display. Examples of this include a P.O.S. or Scan to Pay system.
This is your moment to talk about how amazing your brand is, use it! Talk about your products and what makes them stand out and tell everyone about your brand, its origin, and your mission.
Put your phone down and be present and inviting as people are walking around the event. Be memorable by having great business and customer service skills.
Find a way to keep contact with those who visit your table. Pass out business cards or set up a QR code for people to scan to visit your website or social media to follow you. You could also have a paper email sign up sheet to add customers to your mailing list.
