The owner and founder of Talphah, Lisa Ekanem, has a passion to not only help her clients, but to help all small businesses and entrepreneurs reach their goals and grow. As a small business owner herself, Lisa shares the belief and idea that there is enough space and money for everyone to win, it just takes having a strategy, a positive attitude and work ethic, and good relationships to build a profitable business. Lisa has always valued having a strong team and support system around her because no matter what obstacles she faced, she always had great group of people to lean on and to push her towards her goals. Her support system has not only been an emotional, mental, and spiritual help but they have also been a financial help as well, especially in the earlier stages of her business. Lisa has hit some highs and some lows with Talphah, but that is the risk that comes with running a business. However, no matter what, she has still always had her support system, and for that, she is forever and eternally grateful.
With that being said, Lisa wants to be able to bless other small businesses and entrepreneurs the same way that her family and friends have been able to bless her. This fundraiser is meant to purely and positively impact local small businesses and entrepreneurs to meet their goals and reach the highest levels of success.
