- Set up vendor tables + chairs
- Place tablecloths, signage, and decor
- Organize gift bag station + assist with stuffing bags
- Set up welcome/check-in area (wristbands, signage, lists)
- Assist with content station, networking areas, and any activations

- Help vendors unload, find tables, and get settled.
- Support with power strips/extension cord setup
- Answer vendor questions
- Be a “runner” if vendors need help
- Light check-ins throughout the event

- Take content, via mobil device, for IG stories/reels
- Help guests at content station
