As a member of the Impact Team, you'll help bring experiences like the Talphah Summer Bash to life while serving alongside a community that believes in creating opportunities, building meaningful connections, and making a lasting impact.
Impact Team Members will have the opportunity to:
- Serve at Bless & Thrive events and initiatives
- Help bring experiences like the Talphah Summer Bash to life
- Support entrepreneurs and community partners
- Gain hands-on leadership and event experience
- Be featured in our Impact Team Spotlight
- Build meaningful relationships while serving your community

- Set up vendor tables + chairs
- Place tablecloths, signage, and decor
- Organize gift bag station + assist with stuffing bags
- Set up welcome/check-in area (wristbands, signage, lists)
- Assist with content station, networking areas, and any activations

- Help vendors unload, find tables, and get settled.
- Support with power strips/extension cord setup
- Answer vendor questions
- Be a “runner” if vendors need help
