We are currently seeking a select number of food truck vendors for the Talphah Summer Bash (Season 2), a curated summer event bringing together entrepreneurs, creatives, and the Detroit community.
This experience is intentionally designed to create a strong environment for both attendees and vendors, with a focused setup that supports visibility, engagement, and sales opportunity.
Food truck vendors will serve as a primary food source for attendees throughout the event.

We are hosting our annual networking party - Talphah Summer Bash - and we are looking for food truck vendors who are looking to grow, increase sales, and/or expand their business network.
The "Fan Favorite" will receive a $50 cash prize. Along with the table vendors, the food truck vendors will have the opportunity to be selected by the attendees as the fan favorite. Register as a a food truck vendor to qualify for a chance to win!
The $100 vendor fee includes a designated, high-visibility parking spot in front of the venue for your truck.
Event Address: 611 West Philadelphia St, Detroit, MI 48202
This event will take place on Saturday, August 15th, 2026 from 1 PM to 4 PM.
Arrival and Set-Up:
All vendors should plan to arrive & set-up at the venue between 11 AM - 12:30 PM. If you miss this window, you may forfeit your opportunity to set up. Please note that this is non-refundable. We highly recommend arriving early to compensate for any hiccups, surprises, or issues.
Wrap Up & Breakdown:
With the event ending at 4 PM, vendors should plan to stay until 5 PM to break everything down.

All vendors (table and food truck) are required to attend our Content Party, an exclusive, curated experience designed for the Talphah team and community partners to connect, create content, and build momentum ahead of the Talphah Summer Bash. This experience is essential for event promotion and allows you to be featured in the advertising and marketing leading up to the Bash.

Our Food Truck Vendor Fee Includes:
The $100 vendor fee includes a designated, high-visibility parking spot in front of the venue for your truck.
Your business/organization will be featured and advertised on the promotional flyers for the event. The "Best Vendor Table" will receive a $100 cash prize. The vendors will be judged based on three categories: customer service skills, quality of table set-up, and creativity of table set-up. The "Fan Favorite" will receive a $50 cash prize. Along with the table vendors, the food truck vendors will have the opportunity to be selected by the attendees as the fan favorite.
